Hello my darlings! I know it has been way too long since I’ve done a Linked post but hopefully you will forgive me for this and my overall general absence this month. Without bothering you with my sob story how I can’t handle work and school, I’m just gonna go ahead and ramble about the things I have been up to besides the obvious stress-hazards that seem to hijack my life these days.
RAMBLE
- I had a total breakdown this week and it made me rethink a lot of my life-decisions. It’s not awesome to be a 24 year old still figuring out your future but hey, I don’t want to end up doing something I don’t love for the rest of my life.
- In addition to my personal problems, my blog has been pretty much on life support for the last couple of months. Ever since Google changed the image viewing the whole blog has been slowly but steadily drowning into the vastness of the Internet.
- 22 views in total on Thursday – how wonderful.
- I’m not saying I’m blogging for views but hey, giving the fact that I’m pretty much in panic mode about my future and the whole career thing, I’d wish something in my life would go as planned – and this lack of readers was not planned.
- Getting 200 followers this month was certainly a great achievement but sometimes it just feels that it’s not as good as it could be.
- Yet, I started blogging for me and I continue to blog for me!
- Speaking of blogging, I haven’t really been a good sport in that front lately.
- Though I have seen a lot of films this month: The Internship, Pacific Rim, The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones, The Wish List, Monsters University, Gravity, Dance for Me, Keith, TiMER, Groundhog Day (rewatched), Little Manhattan and Speak.
- The whole list has little bit of everything because my mood has been all over the place. And since most of them don’t deserve a full review, I have been thinking about doing a post with a collection of short reviews.
- Some other bloggers have done this as well and it seems like aย good idea, let me know if you’re interested.
- Keeping up with TV-shows has been quite the task for me as well but I still managed to marathon through Scandal – and watch pretty much every episode of each show I’m excited about.
- So, it hasn’t been difficult but I have gotten less sleep than I have needed.
- New shows are still promising such as Sleepy Hollow and The Tomorrow People but then again, I’m not too picky this year.
- The only shows that seem to disappoint are comedies that I can’t seem to love anymore – except Modern Family, they keep it fresh for some reason and I’m glad I at least have that.
- Can’t wait to hear back from a workshop I participated two years ago – 7 days full of writing and movies sounds amazing and I hope I get in again.
- I do think my writing has improved a bit over the years.
- Now I just have to improve writing in my native language and I’m all good.
- Trying to plan some posts for next week today but I have a) school stuff that is already long over due, b) a friend visiting who I don’t want to bore with my endless typing.
- And then I’m already back to work on Monday – no worries though, that will soon change because I’m reorganizing my priorities which means school comes first and currently, work is getting in the way.

Cinematic Paradox couldn’t stay away from blogging and is back – yay! She reviewed The Place Beyond the Pines this week.
The Counselor is already in cinemas and Dan the Man reviewed it.
30 Things I love about Se7en was one of the more memorable posts this month from And So it Begins…
I don’t really like remakes so reading Cinematic Corner crush Carrie (2013) was precious.
I’m yet to see this one but Terry’s Pigeon Coop made me want to see The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford (and if not for Brad Pitt, for the long movie title at least).
And Films and Coke talks a little about some of the television shows she watches.
